Beautiful tasting and easy to work with. Here are some examples of what our customers do with our oils.


Pyttipanna

This is a tasty frugal weeknight dish from Sweden where they pop in any leftovers they fancy! Swedes serve this with pickled beetroot and gherkins- delicious.

Ingredients

  • 10mls Supernature rapeseed chilli oil
  • 2 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 200g bacon or pork sausages, or leftover cold cuts, chopped
  • 4 leftover cooked boiled potatoes – diced
  • 1dstsp good spicy chutney
  • Freshly milled black pepper and a light pinch of sea salt
  • 2 free range eggs

Method:

  • Heat oil in wok or large pan and soften onions.
  • Add meats, brown and/or thoroughly heat through.
  • Add potatoes and sauté until golden.
  • Add seasonings.
  • Meanwhile poach eggs for 3 minutes in a pan of gently simmering water with a dash of vinegar or lemon juice. Lift out with slotted spoon.
  • Serve on warmed plates topped with a poached egg. Serves 2
